1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "User") and 777zc Casino ("777zc," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 777zc.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.

2. Eligibility

777zc reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To participate in real-money games or sports betting on 777zc, you must register a member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 777zc account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777zc will close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including pending withdrawal amounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777zc login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally — will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify 777zc support immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

777zc operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time at our sole discretion, we may require you to submit valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawals suspended until documentation is received and approved.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits at 777zc are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 777zc does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 777zc accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete. 777zc aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, but reserves the right to apply additional processing time where security checks are required.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 777zc reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, as specified in the fee schedule published on the platform. Members will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional credits offered by 777zc are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times — as specified in the individual promotion — before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and will be removed from your account automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

777zc actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and exploiting errors in promotional communications. Any member found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their promotional access revoked, bonus balances forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.

5.4 777zc Right to Amend Promotions

777zc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a member has already claimed it, the specific terms communicated at the time of claiming will continue to apply to that member's existing bonus balance.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 777zc platform — including slots, live dealer table games, color games, arcade titles such as Ocean Lord, and any other game category — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. It is the member's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

777zc uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG outcomes are independently tested to ensure fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by real croupiers operating under controlled conditions and recorded for audit and dispute resolution purposes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — the round in question will be treated as void if the outcome cannot be definitively determined from server logs. No compensation will be provided for wins or losses attributable to a confirmed technical fault on the player's device or internet connection.

7. Sports Betting Rules

All bets placed on 777zc sportsbook are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of betting.

• Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, settlement will follow the rules published in the relevant sport's betting terms. In most cases, postponed events are settled as void unless they resume within 48 hours of the original start time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777zc platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited under applicable international financial regulations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the 777zc platform without written authorisation.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with games or the sportsbook in ways not permitted for human players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information for competitive advantage in card games or live dealer environments.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown platform error will be voided.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 777zc's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Termination

777zc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct deemed harmful to 777zc or its other members. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the member via a verified payment method, subject to identity verification.

You may also close your 777zc account at any time by submitting a written closure request to the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

14. Changes to These Terms

777zc reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address on file. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the platform. Your continued use of 777zc following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
